The Governor’s Children’s Cabinet is comprised of the directors of Arizona’s child-serving state agencies and key Governor’s policy advisors, and works to remove barriers to success by focusing attention and resources on problems facing Arizona’s children, families and communities and by coordinating policies and service delivery systems. In 2005, the Children’s cabinet began the process of selecting a set of measurable indicators of a child’s wellbeing that culminates in an annual report on the state of Arizona’s children.
