| Workshop: Greening the Workplace |

| Description: |
Sustainability is a tricky term that includes so many areas of life that it can sometimes be difficult to know where to start. Considering that we spend 40 hours of our week in the workplace, this can be an important first step. We cannot know where we are going, however, without first knowing where we are. This workshop will help attendees begin to explore and assess where they stand in workplace sustainability and where there are opportunities for improvement. Areas of consideration will include paper usage, energy consumption, transportation, and food waste among others. |

| Workshop: You Drive Me Crazy! Why? |

| Description: |
True Colors is a lighthearted, but well researched communication tool to help participants understand themselves and others in a safe environment. This tool can assist in more effective leadership and teamwork in the workplace. Intrinsic in human nature is the need for self-confidence and esteem, two characteristics widely recognized as the basis for successful behavior. Recognizing this need for self-confidence, individual respect, worthiness and self-esteem, True Colors has been created as the vocabulary through which people can communicate the expression of their character. True Colors is an easy, entertaining way to begin to understand yourself and others. Discovering your true colors is fun and exciting and once you recognize the True Colors in your self and others, this awareness will become the key to success in personal, professional and other social activities. |
